Key Responsibilities • Build and close a healthy pipeline of mid-market to enterprise accounts for Raha’s benefits platform. • Run consultative discovery with HR / Rewards & Benefits / People Ops / Finance stakeholders to understand pain points and priorities. • Lead product demos and solution mapping; tailor proposals and ROI narratives to each customer. Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including procurement, security/compliance, and legal coordination. • Own RFP/RFI responses and internal coordination to meet timelines and quality expectations. • Develop strategic account plans for target logos; execute outbound and inbound follow-up cadences. • Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding/customer success; remain engaged for expansion, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; track funnel conversion metrics and continuously improve performance. • Share market and customer feedback with leadership (positioning, pricing, competitor insights, and product requirements). Required Qualifications • 8+ years of B2B sales / enterprise BD experience, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, InsurTech, FinTech, or employee benefits. • Proven ability to sell to HR/CHRO/People Ops/Rewards & Benefits/CFO stakeholders and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees. • Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, storytelling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. • Comfort with data-driven sales management: pipeline building, forecasting, and disciplined CRM usage (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar). • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write crisp proposals and lead executive-level conversations. • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment. Good to Have • Experience with group health/employee benefits and/or broker-led enterprise sales motions. • Exposure to HRMS/payroll integrations and working with implementation/onboarding teams. • Experience selling solutions that combine software + services/operations. Success Metrics (KPIs) • Pipeline creation and qualified opportunity volume per month/quarter. • Win rate, average sales cycle time, and deal quality. • Revenue closed (new + expansion) and renewal influence. • Demo-to-proposal and proposal-to-close conversion rates. • Forecast accuracy and CRM data quality.
