We specialize in structured hiring, managed teams, and long-term delivery support. Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise business growth. This role will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and driving revenue across large enterprise accounts. What You'll Do: • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with business goals • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for high-value deals (₹1 Cr+ opportunities) • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team • Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships across key client accounts • Identify new market opportunities and expand enterprise footprint • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, product) for seamless execution • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management • Lead strategic negotiations and close complex enterprise deals What We're Looking For (Must-Haves) • 17+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales (preferably IT services, staffing, or SaaS) • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals • Strong experience in stakeholder management at the CXO level • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
