About the role
Key Responsibilities • Strategic Hunting: Identify and prospect into 'Big Brand' targets (Skechers, Nike, Travel sites, etc.) where affiliate spend is high and fraud risk is significant. • Technical Consultative Selling: Lead 'under the hood' demos. • Event Leadership: Represent VPT at major industry conferences (ASW, PI LIVE, etc.). You will be responsible for setting up pre-event meetings and closing deals on the floor. • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial LinkedIn outreach to contract negotiation and hand-off to the Customer Success team. • Collaborative Growth: Work directly with the CEO to leverage our latest research as sales 'hooks.' Who You Are • 4–6 Years in SaaS Sales: Ideally with experience in Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or Cybersecurity. • The 'Evidence-Based' Closer: You don't sell with fluff. You sell with data. You enjoy the 'Gotcha' moment when showing a prospect proof of their own budget being drained. • Fearless Outreach: You have a proven track record of getting past gatekeepers at Enterprise companies. You know how to craft a LinkedIn message that a manager actually replies to. Adaptable & Fast: We are a lean, high-growth company. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving pivots.
