About the role
As an Enterprise Sales professional at a fast-growing HRTech (SaaS) Company in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in the core business team. Your primary role will be to set clear goals and develop sales strategies to acquire Enterprise customers. Some of your key responsibilities include: - Define and drive strong B2B enterprise sales to achieve targets - Gather market and customer information to identify potential prospects - Create, build, and grow a robust sales pipeline with a focus on enterprise clients - Identify new business opportunities across various sectors and markets - Understand customer requirements and provide customized demonstrations - Work on Global RFPs, provide commercials, and negotiate terms of agreements - Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Ensure timely updates on CRM and maintain forecast accuracy - Achieve quarterly and yearly targets while driving customer retention and upselling to existing clients Desired Skills: - Tech-savvy with a proven track record in B2B Enterprise Sales - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales - Exposure and experience in global sales preferred - Strong ability to drive SaaS metrics and growth in Monthly Run Rate (MRR) - Consistent record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment Qualification: - B.Tech. and/or M.B.A. Join us on this exciting journey to scale 100X revenue and be part of a high-performing sales culture!
