Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cyclefrom prospecting and engagement to product demonstrations and deal closure. The ideal candidate is passionate about outbound sales, excels at engaging senior stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: • Drive new customer acquisition through outbound sales channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (VPs, CXOs, and Heads of Departments). • Conduct impactful product demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively. • Understand client business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly. • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure. • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ensure consistent follow-ups. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Leverage internal tools and data sources to identify high-potential prospects.
