Role Overview: You are a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with expertise in inbound and outbound sales, aiming to acquire and grow mid to large enterprise clients. Your responsibilities include executing inbound and outbound sales strategies, acquiring new clients, conducting consultative selling, managing accounts, and closing deals across complex buying cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive enterprise client acquisition - Qualify and convert market-generated leads into high-value enterprise deals - Proactively identify, prospect, and engage target enterprise accounts through outbound efforts - Acquire new mid-market and enterprise clients and drive end-to-end deal ownership - Close mid and large ticket-size deals (XXL / $XXK+ ACV) - Build and maintain a strong enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting - Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, and technical needs - Position technology / SaaS / AI / cloud / data solutions as strategic business enablers - Build trusted relationships with CxOs, VPs, Heads of Technology, Procurement, and Business Leaders - Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and influencers - Drive account expansion, renewals, and upsell opportunities post-acquisition - Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures - Navigate legal, procurement, and compliance processes efficiently - Track market trends, competitor positioning, and enterprise buying behavior - Share customer and market insights with marketing and product teams to refine GTM strategies - Actively contribute to sales playbooks and process improvements Qualification Required: - 12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology/platform-based solutions - Proven success in inbound and outbound enterprise sales - Strong track record in new client acquisition and closing mid to large ticket deals - Hands-on experience with enterprise sales methodologies - Strong understanding of technology sales, including SaaS Enterprise, cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions - Excellent CRM and pipeline management skills - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities - Strategic, analytical thinker with strong business acumen Additional Details of the Company: The company offers competitive fixed compensation with high-performing variable incentives and an opportunity to sell cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions.
