About the role
Role Overview The Manager Retail Sales will drive revenue growth and market expansion by acquiring new clients and increasing wallet share across retail, channel, and distribution networks. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of logistics (PTL/LTL) solutions, and the ability to build and scale high-performing sales ecosystems. Key Responsibilities • Drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients across retail, channel, and distribution segments • Build and expand a strong network of retailers, distributors, and channel partners to increase market penetration • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, account management, and cross-selling logistics solutions (PTL/LTL) • Identify and develop new market clusters, conduct competition mapping, and execute go-to-market strategies • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and wallet share growth • Understand client supply chain requirements and deliver customized, end-to-end logistics solutions • Manage pricing, quotations, and negotiations to close profitable deals • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement Key Requirements • Experience: 6+ years in B2B sales across retail, channel, or distribution environments • Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue growth • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions (PTL/LTL preferred) • Experience in channel development and distribution network management • Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Proficiency in data analysis, sales planning, and ROI management
