  • Account and Profile Data: name, email address, profile image/avatar, phone number, location, profile links (for example LinkedIn, GitHub), job preferences, and notification preferences.
  • Connected Email Account Data (Google / Microsoft): connected mailbox address and name, OAuth credentials (access token, refresh token, token expiry, granted scopes), and provider metadata.
  • Outreach and Campaign Data: contacts/leads, campaign content, schedules, and delivery/open/reply/bounce tracking metadata.
  • Product Usage Data: resume/CV and job-related content, saved jobs, application records, and operational logs/webhook audit data for reliability and security.

2. Why We Use Your Data

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Authenticate users securely.
  • Connect your Gmail/Outlook account when requested.
  • Send outreach emails you initiate.
  • Provide outreach analytics (sent, opened, replied, bounced).
  • Power job, CV, and lead-management features.
  • Prevent abuse and maintain service security/reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. How We Store and Protect Data

  • Data is stored in our application database and infrastructure providers.
  • OAuth credentials are stored to keep your connected account functional.
  • Access is restricted to systems and personnel with a legitimate operational need.
  • We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

4. How We Share Data

We share data only with trusted service providers/subprocessors required to operate the service, such as authentication, hosting/infrastructure, database providers, and Google/Microsoft APIs when you explicitly connect those accounts.

We do not share personal data for unrelated third-party advertising resale.

5. Google API Data Disclosure

If you connect a Google account, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain security and integrity, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or request deletion of personal data.

8. Deleting Data / Disconnecting Integrations

  • You can disconnect connected email accounts from app settings.
  • You can request account/data deletion by contacting us.
  • You may revoke Google/Microsoft OAuth access from provider settings at any time.

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International Data Transfers

If you use the service from outside the country where our systems are operated, your data may be transferred and processed in other jurisdictions, subject to appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
