- Outreach and Campaign Data: contacts/leads, campaign content, schedules, and delivery/open/reply/bounce tracking metadata.
- Product Usage Data: resume/CV and job-related content, saved jobs, application records, and operational logs/webhook audit data for reliability and security.

- Create and manage your account.

- Connect your Gmail/Outlook account when requested.

- OAuth credentials are stored to keep your connected account functional.

We share data only with trusted service providers/subprocessors required to operate the service, such as authentication, hosting/infrastructure, database providers, and Google/Microsoft APIs when you explicitly connect those accounts.
