Biography

Mukul Sharma is the Founder and CEO of HuntForTomorrow. Recognized among Asia's Top 30 HR Leaders, he spent years designing recruitment systems, leading hiring teams, and evaluating thousands of candidates.

Throughout his career, he observed one consistent trend: the candidates who received interviews first were often the ones most visible to recruiters—not necessarily the most qualified. That insight led him to co-found HuntForTomorrow with Pawan Patidar.

For professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience, relying solely on job portals can mean competing for leftover openings rather than the best ones. Mukul built HuntForTomorrow to change that dynamic through AI-powered visibility, employee referrals, and recruiter outreach.

He has mentored hundreds of professionals on resume positioning, LinkedIn presence, interview readiness, and job search planning—helping candidates move from waiting to be discovered to proactively positioning themselves where opportunities begin.
