“Their lack of progress was rarely due to a shortage of skills but rather a hiring ecosystem that had changed without many candidates realizing it.”

Biography

Pawan Patidar is the Co-Founder and CTO of HuntForTomorrow, where he designed and built the platform's AI résumé-tailoring, ATS-scoring, job discovery, and recruiter outreach engine.

After years in public service at Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL), a Fortune 500 Maharatna, he witnessed experienced professionals diligently updating resumes, applying for roles, and waiting for responses that often never came. Their lack of progress was rarely due to a shortage of skills but rather a hiring ecosystem that had changed without many candidates realizing it.

A GATE All-India Rank 347 engineer who taught himself to ship full-stack and AI products, Pawan personally navigated a career switch from oil & gas into tech and entrepreneurship. Together with Mukul Sharma, he asked: what if experienced professionals no longer had to depend on luck to get noticed?

That question led to HuntForTomorrow—a platform combining AI-powered job discovery, employee referral opportunities, recruiter outreach, and tools designed to give professionals greater confidence in their career advancement journey.
